Arrival/Check-In: Flying in from Cairo, we landed at 3 a.m., which proved to be a very busy time at Dubai International Airport. The airport train was full of travelers all heading toward the same goals: collect luggage, clear immigration and reach the hotel for a short rest before a busy day. From the moment we emerged at the arrivals level, Address Boulevard’s team went above and beyond. Two staff members met us with a sign displaying our names and escorted us through immigration. They guided us to the baggage carousel where other staff had already collected our suitcases, and soon we were on our way in an Audi A8 to the property. Arrival and check-in were handled quickly and professionally, and we were shown to our rooms to rest before our first meeting at 10 a.m.
Guest Quarters: After a long overnight journey, I was eager for sleep. Room 1021 opened into a long corridor with the bathroom on the left and a small table on the right. Further along the hall was a refreshment area with coffee facilities, a refrigerator and a minibar; note that alcoholic beverages are not stocked in the rooms, although they are served in the hotel’s bars and restaurants. The bathroom felt luxurious, featuring a large marble tub, a double marble-topped sink and vanity with ample space for toiletries. A separate spacious shower stall had a strong, adjustable showerhead. The bathroom amenities included Lorenzo Villoresi Firenze shampoo, shower gel and conditioner.
The bedroom contained a king-sized bed dressed in a crisp white duvet and flanked by bedside tables. Near the sliding doors a round table provided a convenient spot to set up a temporary workspace, while a sofa and coffee table occupied the opposite side of the room. A large flat-screen television sat on the entertainment credenza. The room’s sweeping balcony overlooked the pool several floors below, adding a pleasant outdoor element to the suite.
Services/Amenities: The concierge desk was attentive and helpful, and the airport pickup and drop-off service made the logistics of our trip exceptionally smooth. That level of support significantly improved our overall experience.
The hotel is expanding its dining options, as management recognizes the current need for additional venues. For now, The Lounge at Address offers a refined setting with high ceilings, striking artwork and views of the Burj Khalifa—an ideal spot for coffee, afternoon tea or light drinks. Throughout the property, elegant chandeliers add to the upscale atmosphere.
The main restaurant is designed with an apartment-like concept that lets guests choose different dining environments: the Dining Room, Dressing Room, Collection Room or a family-friendly outdoor terrace. Additional relaxed spaces include the Library bar and the Library’s adjoining Games Room and Music Room, all situated on the same level for easy access.
