The FIT with Tara Stiles program centers on convenience and energy. Each W guest room and suite includes a curated in-room workout video designed specifically for busy travelers, plus printed tip cards with quick techniques to feel refreshed and camera-ready. Together these resources make it easy to maintain fitness and wellbeing without interrupting a packed travel schedule.

For W guests, she developed four exclusive workouts that are printed on in-room tip cards and available via video in every room and suite.
