Dallas Marriott Las Colinas Finishes First Phase of Renovations

Dallas Marriott Las Colinas has completed the first phase of a multimillion-dollar renovation.

The initial phase refreshed all guestrooms with a design that pays homage to rustic Texas heritage, incorporating wood, stone, leather and wrought-iron accents. All 364 guestrooms, including three presidential suites, were updated in this cohesive style. Several hospitality and parlor suites were also refreshed, and the Concierge Lounge on the 15th floor was renovated to offer exclusive access to concierge services, enhanced dining and evening cocktails.

The second phase focuses on the lobby and meeting areas. The redesigned lobby, set to open later this year, will streamline the check-in process and showcase views of Lake Carolyn. Meeting facilities will total 27,000 square feet of flexible indoor-outdoor space, featuring event rooms, boardrooms, a ballroom and pre-function areas designed to accommodate a wide range of gatherings.

The Greatroom, located on the lobby level, has been reimagined as a lively social hub and dining destination. The space will include a bar and private dining room, with the dining area configurable to serve as a boardroom for meetings and small events.

Throughout the hotel’s public spaces, upgrades prioritize guest convenience and modern needs, adding abundant power outlets and USB connections for easy device charging and workspace setup. These enhancements aim to blend the property’s warm, Texas-inspired aesthetic with practical amenities for leisure and business travelers alike.
