Holistic Therapists Elevate Con Dao Retreats and Wellness Stays

In the lush garden landscape of the Lo Voi Mountain region on the island archipelago of Vietnam, Six Senses Con Dao offers a visiting practitioner program that lets guests turn their vacation into a personalized wellness retreat. Complementing the resort’s established wellness offerings—such as Yoga, Yoga Detox and Yoga Sleep—plus an extensive selection of spa therapies, the visiting practitioner program provides private consultations with experienced specialists.

  • Through May 15 (and again Dec. 1–Jan. 31, 2017), Nimisha Rattan will be in residence. Rattan specializes in yoga, Ayurveda and energy healing, including Reiki, with an emphasis on self-healing through awareness.
  • From Aug. 1–31, Reiki Master Martin (Marty) Fildes will be on-site to guide guests in meditation and offer reflexology sessions.
  • From Nov. 1–30, Isabella dos Santos will provide aqua wellness therapy, yoga, NIA and cupping, with a focus on helping guests address sleep issues.

The visiting practitioner program enhances the resort’s holistic approach to wellbeing, allowing guests to combine daily classes, tailored spa treatments and one-on-one consultations to create a cohesive, restorative experience. Whether a guest seeks physical rejuvenation, stress relief, better sleep, or a deeper connection to their own healing process, these seasonal experts add a personalized layer to the resort’s comprehensive wellness services.

Guests interested in scheduling private consultations or learning more about practitioner availability are encouraged to contact the resort directly to reserve sessions during the experts’ in-residence periods. Advance booking ensures preferred time slots and allows practitioners to prepare individualized plans based on each guest’s needs.
