Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts achieved a record total of 25 Michelin stars this year, awarded across 17 restaurants worldwide. This milestone reflects the brand’s ongoing commitment to culinary excellence and innovative dining experiences.
Notably, Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris retains a unique distinction: it is the only palace hotel to hold five Michelin stars across three separate restaurants. In Asia, Lung King Heen at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong made history as the first Cantonese restaurant in the world to receive three Michelin stars. With this recognition, Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong now has the highest number of Michelin stars under a single hotel roof.
Additional Four Seasons properties honored this year include Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel; Four Seasons Hotel Megève; Four Seasons Hotel Macao; Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai; Four Seasons Hotel Singapore; Four Seasons Hotel Seoul; Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto; Four Seasons Hotel Firenze; Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva; and Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square. Each of these hotels contributes distinct regional flavors and culinary approaches that helped earn these accolades.
“Exceptional culinary experiences are the backdrop to some of life’s best moments,” said Christian Clerc, president, worldwide hotel operations, Four Seasons. “Whether an international traveler or a local gourmand, our guests are increasingly looking for exciting and authentic restaurant experiences. We are incredibly proud of the many accolades received by our restaurants and of the talented craftspeople whose unparalleled innovation and creativity bring the Four Seasons experience to life.”
These Michelin recognitions highlight the balance Four Seasons strikes between tradition and contemporary culinary techniques. Chefs at these hotels combine seasonal ingredients, meticulous technique, and thoughtful presentation to create memorable meals that cater both to discerning locals and international visitors. The variety of cuisines represented—from classical European fine dining to refined Cantonese and modern Asian interpretations—demonstrates the group’s global reach and adaptability.
For guests, the awards underscore the hotels’ roles as destinations for more than accommodation; they are culinary landmarks where exceptional service and atmosphere complement the food. Restaurateurs and culinary teams across Four Seasons continue to push creative boundaries while honoring authentic flavors, contributing to the brand’s reputation as a leader in luxury hospitality and gastronomy.
