Menu highlights range from the Ajax wagyu double cheeseburger and truffle fries to seasonal plates such as butternut squash ravioli and roasted half chicken. Crepe Therapy Café, an Aspen and Snowmass favorite led by Chef Mawa McQueen, offers wellness-focused, artisanal crepes influenced by her Parisian upbringing.

These experiences can include luxury transportation in premium Audi vehicles and custom itineraries built around guests’ interests.

The city hosts clusters in aerospace, bioscience, cleantech, IT/software and quantum computing, offering convenient access to many regional and national employers and research institutions.
