The Andaz Maui at Wailea, the first resort from the Andaz brand, delayed its originally planned spring opening and is now set to welcome guests in summer 2013. Situated on Maui’s scenic Mokapu Beach, the property offers 297 guest rooms, including three- to five-room residential villas for a more private, home-like stay. Guests can also enjoy a 15,000-square-foot spa and two on-site restaurants that showcase local flavors and island-inspired cuisine. Owned by Hyatt, the Andaz brand operates additional hotels in major cities worldwide, including New York, Shanghai, London, Amsterdam, West Hollywood, San Diego and Napa.
