Arizona Grand Resort & Spa, located within Phoenix’s South Mountain Preserve—the largest urban park and wilderness area in the United States—has completed a major transformation to create a more residential, “home away from home” resort experience. The resort offers 744 guest suites and villas alongside a 7-acre Oasis Water Park, an 18-hole championship golf course, a fully equipped athletic club and a full-service spa. There is also more than 120,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor meeting and event space. The recent $10 million renovation added three redesigned hospitality suites equipped with immersive entertainment systems and modern appliances, improved the functionality of meeting rooms and refreshed public areas across the property.

Public-area enhancements include upgraded pools, a redesigned lobby that improves guest flow and ambiance, a refreshed athletic club and spa, and the refurbishment of Aunt Chilada’s Tempe restaurant. Exterior improvements greet visitors on arrival, with new tilework, revitalized fountain features and updated exterior lighting. Carefully planned landscaping and lush flower beds now frame the property, creating a green oasis within the Sonoran Desert setting.
