All Nippon Airways is introducing refreshed menus in its economy and premium economy cabins on long-haul flights.
A culinary team called The Connoisseurs—comprising ten leading guest chefs, five specialists in liquor and coffee, and nine of ANA’s in-house chefs—developed the new offerings. The menus feature both Japanese and Western dishes, and will debut in December. Options include stir-fried beef over steamed rice, chicken and seafood paella, grilled mackerel, sautéed chicken in a red-wine sauce, and bibimbap. Exact selections depend on the route and aircraft type.
ANA’s chefs also designed new children’s meals presented in a deco-ben (decorated lunch box). These kid-friendly selections use color and playful presentation to make meals more appealing for younger passengers.
