A new luxury farmhouse-style villa and winery has opened in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, expanding the growing hospitality scene in the Dundee Hills neighborhood, which is already home to Black Walnut Inn & Vineyard. The Grange Dundee Hills, located adjacent to that inn and vineyard, is available exclusively to members of the Foley Food & Wine Society. The property offers nine guest rooms, each thoughtfully designed to celebrate the region.
Every guest room features handcrafted details and bespoke interiors that evoke the relaxed elegance of a private country home. Natural materials, warm finishes, and carefully selected furnishings combine to create a rustic-chic atmosphere that feels both intimate and refined.

Onsite tasting spaces enable guests to enjoy wines from regional vineyards. One featured label, The Four Graces, focuses on pinot noir and small-production pinot gris and pinot blanc sourced from three estate sites across the Willamette Valley’s Dundee, Yamhill‑Carlton and Van Duzer AVAs. Tastings are designed to showcase the terroir-driven character of these cool-climate varietals.

The property’s signature Anthology experience pairs seasonal food and wine to highlight the best of the region. Menus emphasize high-quality, locally sourced ingredients from area farmers and ranchers. James Beard–nominated Chef Chase Williams and Sous Chef Zack Ehrlich lead the kitchen, creating an immersive dinner for up to 14 guests in an open kitchen that overlooks the Dundee Hills.
