Delta Air Lines and private aviation provider Wheels Up have introduced a new booking platform that lets Wheels Up members book Delta Air Lines flights directly through the Wheels Up member portal. This is the first time a private aviation membership platform has offered a fully integrated, self-service commercial airline booking experience.

Using the new feature, members can apply their existing Wheels Up Fund balance to purchase commercial flights, giving them more flexibility and control when planning trips. Within the portal, members can search available Delta flights, compare cabin and fare options, view pricing, and complete a booking through a single streamlined process.
After booking, members receive a confirmation number and ticket details, and their Wheels Up Fund balance is automatically updated to reflect the charge. Once a reservation is complete, members can also sign into delta.com or the Fly Delta app to select seats, add extras, or manage their itinerary.

“Expanding how our members can fly is central to our strategy,” said George Mattson, CEO of Wheels Up. “Integrating Delta commercial booking into the Wheels Up portal increases flexibility and makes it simpler for members to use their Wheels Up Funds across a wider range of travel needs. This capability reflects our ongoing partnership with Delta and aligns with how members combine Delta’s global network with the convenience and efficiency of private aviation.”
