The AC Hotel Chicago Downtown opened in Chicago’s vibrant River North neighborhood at the corner of Rush and Ontario. As the first AC Hotel by Marriott in Illinois, it offers a sleek, minimalist design aimed at travelers who prefer a stylish, uncomplicated alternative to traditional hotels.
The eight-story property features multiple outdoor terraces with city views, a fifth-floor patio, and an indoor pool. Guests can take advantage of a modern fitness center and a flexible central work area in the AC Library. Practical amenities include secure on-site parking, complimentary Wi-Fi, and roughly 3,000 square feet of meeting and event space suitable for small conferences and social gatherings.
This location marks AC Hotels by Marriott’s fourth property in North America, joining hotels in New Orleans, Kansas City, and Washington, D.C. It also contributes to the brand’s broader expansion plans, which include more than 50 openings anticipated across the United States and Latin America in the coming years.
