Delano Miami Beach is set to unveil a major transformation in late March, introducing a new partnership with French hospitality group Paris Society and bringing its celebrated restaurant concepts to the United States for the first time.
The Italian restaurant Gigi Rigolatto offers three distinct dining areas: an indoor dining room, poolside seating, and beach cabanas, plus a private dining room for up to 16 guests. All areas are linked by a light, elegant design that emphasizes comfort and style. The menu focuses on refined, straightforward Italian dishes crafted from high-quality ingredients. In addition to dining, Gigi Rigolatto includes a retail boutique that complements the restaurant’s aesthetic and culinary offerings.

Mimi Kakushi takes its design cues from 1920s Osaka, featuring hand-painted murals, rich fabrics, and wooden screens that create an intimate, theatrical atmosphere. Located on the hotel’s fourth floor, Mimi Kakushi is reserved for hotel guests and Delano Members Club patrons. The kitchen serves classic Japanese dishes reimagined with contemporary touches, while the cocktail list pays homage to the era’s cinematic star Sessue Hayakawa, blending historical inspiration with modern mixology.

The Delano’s refresh aims to blend iconic Miami Beach style with Paris Society’s signature emphasis on design-driven hospitality. By combining indoor and outdoor dining experiences, private club access, and carefully curated menus, the property seeks to offer both visitors and members a cohesive destination for dining, relaxation, and social life on the beach.
