On international Business Class flights departing from Canada, passengers receive an all-inclusive meal service developed with culinary partners and celebrated chefs David Hawksworth and Vikram Vij. Typical service includes an appetizer, hot entrée, salad, dessert, bread roll, and a selection of cheese and crackers. The onboard bar complements the menu with wines chosen by sommelier Véronique Rivest and a variety of spirits and cocktails.
