Nestled in the heart of North Carolina’s Blue Ridge Mountains, the Art of Living Retreat Center has announced three new retreats for 2025: Sleep Reset Retreat, Back to Nature Wellness Escape, and Sacred Mountaintop Yoga Retreat.
“Each of these retreats is designed to meet guests where they are in their wellness journey, offering personalized tools to reset and realign the body and mind,” said Dr. Medha Garud, director of Ayurveda programs at the Art of Living Retreat Center. “Rooted in timeless Ayurvedic principles, these programs support the nervous system, enhance rest and rejuvenation, and empower participants with lasting skills for everyday wellbeing. We look forward to welcoming guests to experience these transformative offerings.”

Back to Nature Wellness Escape
Available throughout 2025, this three-day escape invites guests to reconnect with nature and themselves through a balanced mix of outdoor and restorative activities. Typical highlights include guided forest walking meditations, outdoor movement practices, archery for focus and play, therapeutic massage, evening bonfires, and quiet time for reflection. The program aims to reduce stress, restore perspective, and provide accessible tools for continued wellbeing at home.
All three retreats emphasize individualized care, evidence-informed practices drawn from Ayurveda and modern wellness science, and immersive experiences in a tranquil mountain setting. They are intended for anyone seeking practical tools to enhance sleep, deepen their yoga practice, or simply step away from daily demands to recharge and reset.
