American Express has announced plans to open a Centurion Lounge at Hong Kong International Airport later this year, marking the company’s first Centurion Lounge in Asia.
The new lounge will be located in Terminal 1 and is designed to offer a premium travel experience. Guests can expect a complimentary restaurant and bar staffed by a private chef, sommeliers and mixologists. Additional amenities will include shower suites, flat-screen televisions and noise-reducing workstations. Like other Centurion Lounges, the Hong Kong location will provide high-speed wireless internet, a business center and conference space.
Access to the Centurion Lounge is an exclusive benefit for American Express Centurion and Platinum Card members. These cards already grant entry to more than 1,000 lounges across approximately 120 countries. Within the United States, Centurion Lounges operate at San Francisco (SFO), Las Vegas (LAS), Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW), Houston (IAH), Miami (MIA), New York (JFK) and Seattle (SEA).
Beyond Centurion Lounges, American Express cardholders have access to a broader network of airport lounges and services. Eligible members can use select International American Express lounges, Delta Sky Club when flying on Delta, Priority Pass Select lounges and Airspace lounges, depending on their card benefits and travel arrangements.
