Alaska Airlines Adds Daily Seasonal Flights from Philadelphia to Portland

Alaska Airlines recently announced new daily seasonal service between Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and Portland International Airport (PDX), beginning May 13, 2026. The route adds another nonstop option for travelers connecting the East Coast to the Pacific Northwest.

“We’re excited to connect the City of Brotherly Love to the Rose City with nonstop service starting late next spring. Philadelphia and Portland are two incredible destinations filled with amazing culture, cuisine and history that our guests can explore to their heart’s content,” said Kirsten Amrine, vice president of revenue management and network planning for Alaska Airlines.

The seasonal PHL–PDX service will operate through Oct. 2, 2026. This new route becomes Alaska’s third offering at Philadelphia International Airport, complementing the airline’s year-round service to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, which increases to twice daily during peak seasons.

“We are excited for this seasonal expansion, coming just in time for all of the events coming to Philadelphia next summer,” said Kate Sullivan, chief commercial officer at Philadelphia International Airport. “Alaska Airlines’ PHL–PDX service provides more travel choices for passengers heading to the Pacific Northwest and beyond. From Portland, the airline serves a wide network of destinations, including locations in Hawaii and Alaska.”

Flights between Philadelphia and Portland are now available for booking. Travelers can check schedules and fares through Alaska Airlines’ booking channels to plan spring and summer trips between these two vibrant cities.
