To shorten queues and speed up the security process, Budapest Airport has expanded its Fast Track Lane service so more passengers can pass through security quickly and reach their gates sooner. Previously limited to first and business class travelers, the Fast Track option is now available to all passengers for a fee of approximately $7. The airport has also added voucher vending machines at the entrance to the security screening area to make the service more accessible and convenient.
“By expanding our Fast Track Lane with easy-to-use vending machines, we have raised service levels to match the best in Western Europe,” said Manel Moreno, Head of Commercial Landside Services at Budapest Airport. “Passengers gain more time to shop or relax with a coffee and enjoy faster access to their boarding gates.”
