The Ritz-Carlton New York, Westchester welcomes spring with a collection of refreshed spa treatments and seasonal culinary experiences just in time for Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. These offerings complement an already rich roster of regional activities, including kayaking on the Hudson River, a round of golf at Maple Moor Golf Course, and the Westchester Wine & Food Festival.
The hotel’s spa introduces several spring-focused treatments designed to renew and rejuvenate. The Spring Equinox Spa Treatment is a 90-minute ritual that blends dry skin brushing, a detoxifying algae wrap and a restorative massage to help remove wintertime toxins and restore vitality. The Ultimate Radiance and Renewal Facial, also 90 minutes, features a brush cleanse, radiance-enhancing mask, crystal massage, lifting mask and a soothing scalp treatment for a comprehensive skin refresh. For male guests, the Men’s Facial offers a 60-minute regimen of cleansing, exfoliation, steam, extractions, massage and a revitalizing mask.
On Mother’s Day, the hotel hosts a special Mother’s Day Tea Service in the lobby lounge. The afternoon tea menu includes delicate finger sandwiches—such as smoked salmon with dill and asparagus, and cucumber with mint cream cheese—followed by a selection of petit fours including chocolate opera cake, fruit tarts, macarons and madeleines. Each mother is welcomed with a complimentary glass of Schramsberg Blanc de Blancs. Reservations are required to secure seating.
Young culinary enthusiasts aged 11–18 can enroll in the Junior Chef’s Academy, a seasonal baking workshop led by the hotel’s pastry chefs. The program covers kitchen safety, baking fundamentals and hands-on techniques. Participants leave with a chef’s apron, hat and a starter set of baking tools to continue practicing at home.
Complementing these offerings, live music takes place in the lobby lounge every Thursday evening throughout April and May from 5–8 p.m., creating an inviting atmosphere for guests to relax and enjoy the season.
“As the seasons change, so do the unique experiences available at The Ritz-Carlton New York, Westchester,” said Maureen Stella, director of sales and marketing. “Spring is a time of joy and renewal and we are pleased to treat our guests to these seasonal offerings—whether it’s a restoring facial treatment, afternoon tea with the family to celebrate mom, an inspiring culinary experience for children, or an intimate night in The Lobby Lounge with live music.”
