Hyatt’s Unbound Collection Expands Across North America

A new boutique hotel in Hollywood is being developed for The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, with an anticipated opening in 2019. Located on North Cahuenga Boulevard near Sunset Boulevard and the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the property will offer 64 guestrooms designed as a lifestyle boutique experience. Guest accommodations are configured as 39 standard rooms and 24 suites, and the project includes several food and beverage venues: a ground-level restaurant, a street-front lounge and a rooftop lounge.

The Unbound Collection by Hyatt expanded in 2018 with two additions — the Holston House in Nashville and Spirit Ridge Resort in British Columbia — and will add two more properties this spring: the Eliza Jane hotel in New Orleans and The Bellevue Hotel in Philadelphia.

The Eliza Jane hotel, at 315 Magazine Street in downtown New Orleans’ central business district, comprises 195 guestrooms, including 50 suites. Housed in a building dating to the 1860s, the hotel blends contemporary design with classic luxury and features a fitness center, a street-level restaurant, a lobby lounge and flexible meeting and event space.

The Bellevue Hotel, formerly Hyatt at The Bellevue, is scheduled to open next month with 172 guestrooms and the well-regarded XIX restaurant on site.

“We are thrilled to continue growing The Unbound Collection by Hyatt brand with these new North American properties,” said Sandra Cordova Micek, senior vice president, global brands for Hyatt. “Whether it’s a captivating past, an exclusive destination or world-class architecture and design, each of the new properties joining The Unbound Collection by Hyatt brand will maintain their distinct character and the freedom to be unique, giving the modern traveler even more ways to enjoy one-of-a-kind choices when they travel.”
