June 16–22: Mexico City — See the Sights & Feed Your Soul. This weeklong visit focuses on the historic center’s architecture, museums, and public art, with immersive experiences including a climb of the Teotihuacan pyramids, a boat ride through Xochimilco’s floating gardens, a guided tour of the Templo Mayor archaeological site, and participation in a traditional temazcal sweat lodge ceremony led by a local curandero.
Dec. 14–19: Sacred Tour of the Mayan Lands. This itinerary highlights the great Maya centers of Chichén Itzá and Ek Balam and includes guided visits to Cobá and Tulum. Participants will have the opportunity to swim in underground cenotes and to join a sacred báalché or balché ritual, gaining insight into continuing indigenous ceremonial traditions.
Dec. 19–23: Winter Solstice Retreat at Isla Mujeres. This short retreat features two temazcal sweat lodge ceremonies as part of a reflective winter solstice program on the island.
