The Biltmore in South Florida has long been a landmark of glamour and resilience. Over the years its guest register has included Presidents Franklin D. Roosevelt, Dwight D. Eisenhower, Bill Clinton and Barack Obama, along with entertainers and public figures such as Judy Garland, Al Capone and Bing Crosby. During World War II the building served as an army hospital and remained a medical facility until 1968. Restoration efforts began in the 1980s, and after extensive renovations the hotel today welcomes guests into a restored, picturesque atmosphere that honors its storied past.
