Set across nearly 13 acres, Viceroy at Ombria Algarve features 141 accommodations, including guestrooms, suites and private residences. The design pays tribute to authentic Portuguese architecture and interiors, blending local materials and craftsmanship. Each room and suite includes outdoor space such as a terrace, balcony, pool or Jacuzzi, plus practical amenities like small kitchens, pantries and dressing areas to enhance longer stays and family travel.

The property presents six distinct dining venues that spotlight regional ingredients and culinary traditions. Much of the produce will come from on-site gardens and orchards or trusted local suppliers. Café Central focuses on casual all-day dining with homemade pastries, pastel de nata and light wood-fired dishes. Bellvino is dedicated to wine pairings, charcuterie, cheese and premium olive oil. Ombria Kitchen serves as an all-day eatery with a live cooking station and a menu rooted in Portuguese classics. For inventive cuisine and crafted cocktails, Solalua offers a creative dining experience. In the clubhouse, Cassa & For caters to golfers and casual diners with a relaxed menu, a generous terrace and a selection of Portuguese craft beers. The poolside Salpico bar serves fresh, light plates ideal for warm afternoons.

Beyond dining, the resort features four swimming pools and a Spa by Viceroy offering holistic treatments and wellness programs designed to restore balance. Flexible meeting and event spaces accommodate corporate gatherings, celebrations and weddings, all with panoramic views of the countryside.

Curated local experiences let guests connect with Algarve traditions and landscapes. A signature honey experience is guided by a local beekeeper and takes visitors from hive to jar: guests explore the apiary, participate in honey extraction and enjoy a tasting. Other activities led by regional experts include horseback riding, wine and olive oil tastings, bird-watching excursions, guided hikes, boat trips, bread-making classes and pottery workshops—each designed to immerse visitors in authentic local culture.

Golf enthusiasts will find an 18-hole course designed by Jorge Santana da Silva, complemented by a clubhouse that serves as a social and service hub for players. The course layout integrates the natural terrain, offering varied play and scenic vistas.

With its blend of thoughtful design, local cuisine, immersive experiences and leisure amenities, Viceroy at Ombria Algarve positions itself as an upscale destination for travelers seeking the spirit of the Algarve combined with contemporary comforts.
