Beyond cocktails and mocktails inspired by eastern Mediterranean flavors, Bar at Evelyn’s offers an international wine list, local craft beers, and a curated selection of rare, vintage and artisan Champagnes. The wine list emphasizes terroir-driven selections from regions such as New Zealand, the Bekaa Valley in Lebanon, Argentina, Sicily in Italy and Rías Baixas in Spain, providing plenty of options to pair with the bar’s creative beverages.
Head mixologist Matthew Dress develops elevated drinks that highlight flavors, aromas and textures from the eastern Mediterranean. He prepares many house-made components — shrubs, infusions, bitters and unique garnishes — to produce original combinations not commonly found elsewhere. Typical ingredients Dress uses include pine nuts, date molasses, pomegranate, sumac, rose water and za’atar, which lend an unmistakable regional character to each drink.

Among the signature offerings, the Rangpur Daiquiri is a contemporary take on a classic cocktail, reimagined from an entertaining-style pitcher recipe into a polished individual serve. Its name pays homage to The Orchid Room at Bonnet House, associated with Fort Lauderdale luminary Evelyn Fortune Lilly Bartlett.
