Chloé Nashville Hotel Brings Southern Joie de Vivre to Music City 2024

Two historic Craftsman-style homes, joined by a newly constructed third addition, will reopen in 2024 as the 19-room The Chloe Nashville. Developed to harmonize with Nashville’s architectural past and evolving future under the guidance of Remick Architecture, the property preserves a residential atmosphere while incorporating contemporary and traditional design touches that reflect the city’s character. Guestrooms span 400 to 817 square feet, with rates beginning at $375 per night and the top suite at $950 per night.

Continuing the modern Southern hospitality signature introduced by The Chloe New Orleans, which opened in 2020, The Chloe Nashville channels the brand’s joie de vivre through design, food and beverage offerings, amenities and curated guest experiences. While staying true to that spirit, the Nashville location will cultivate a distinct identity with experiences rooted in the city’s art, design, culinary and wine and spirits traditions.

Situated in Hillsboro Village near Music Row, the hotel’s interiors were created by Nashville-based designers Sara Ruffin and Paul Costello, who also designed The Chloe New Orleans interiors. Their approach produces a chic, warm environment that complements the building’s original residential feel. Landscape designer Gavin Duke of Duke Design planned the outdoor gardens, pool and private event areas, shaping tranquil outdoor rooms for guests and local visitors alike.

The Chloe Nashville will feature a restaurant and bar with indoor and outdoor seating, offering cuisine inspired by Nashville and central Tennessee. The menu emphasizes seasonal produce, regional recipes, and a focus on steak and seafood, echoing the successful approach of the sister property’s dining program. The beverage program highlights Southern cocktails, regional spirits and an attentive wine selection. Founder and creative director Robert LeBlanc has expressed the team’s intention for the restaurant and bar to be welcoming to locals, aiming for the spaces to become neighborhood favorites much like The Chloe New Orleans has in its community.
