This month, Fort Lauderdale Marriott Pompano Beach Resort & Spa launched a set of new guest amenities and services designed to enhance stays for families, couples and leisure travelers.
Families will appreciate the Funky Fish Ocean Camp, an award-winning ocean-adventure program for children and teens ages 4–17. Operating daily from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., the camp features snorkeling, skim boarding, guided hikes and hands-on crafts led by certified instructors. Advanced reservations are required and program pricing starts at $69 per participant.
For easy local exploration, the resort now offers a fleet of rentable bicycles, making it simple to ride to downtown Pompano Beach and the Pompano Beach Pier. Guests can cycle to historic lighthouses, boutique shops and a variety of restaurants, turning short rides into relaxed sightseeing opportunities.
The resort has also refreshed its dining options with a new in-room menu focused on quick, convenient selections. The Fresh Bites menu will be available 24 hours a day beginning Sept. 1, with grab-and-go style items that are delivered promptly without carts or trays. Elsewhere on property, Starbucks has been added to the beverage offerings for guests who prefer that familiar coffee experience.
All guestrooms now include the Marriott guestroom entertainment platform, which allows guests to sign in to their own Netflix, Hulu, YouTube and Pandora accounts for seamless streaming on the in-room TV.
To support these enhancements, the resort has introduced a daily resort fee of $20. The fee covers high-speed WiFi, two beach lounge chairs and an umbrella each day, access to fitness classes for two people, complimentary in-room bottled water and reduced rates on spa services.
These updates bring new convenience and family-friendly options to the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Pompano Beach Resort & Spa, offering guests more ways to relax, explore and personalize their stay.
