Regent Santa Monica Beach is scheduled to open this summer, just steps from the iconic Santa Monica Pier. The new oceanfront property aims to blend modern comfort with classic luxury, creating a distinctive destination for both visitors and locals.
“The addition of Regent Santa Monica Beach to the Santa Monica communities promises to deliver an unprecedented experience for travelers and locals alike,” said Younes Atallah, general manager, Regent Santa Monica Beach. “With a commitment to distinguished, bespoke service alongside an alluring oceanfront location, we are eager to share this incredibly special property with the world and welcome guests to indulge in a modern evolution of traditional luxury.”

The hotel will offer 143 guestrooms and 24 suites, with guestroom sizes starting at approximately 720 square feet. Bathrooms are designed with premium fixtures and amenities, such as soaking tubs, rainfall showers, bidets and double vanities. Larger accommodations include two-story suites of about 2,180 square feet located on the second and third floors, while the eighth floor houses the presidential suite.
Wellness and relaxation are central to the property’s design. A 10,000-square-foot spa will provide a full range of treatments using products from Guerlain. The hotel’s dining program highlights collaborations with prominent culinary names: Orla, from James Beard Award–winning chef Michael Mina, and Sweet July, a concept developed by celebrity entrepreneur and philanthropist Ayesha Curry.
