British Airways will introduce new amenity kits for Club World business-class passengers on routes between London Heathrow and Australia. The rollout is part of a broader upgrade to the airline’s Club World product, and the first kits are scheduled to appear on Sydney flights this autumn.
The amenity kit launch accompanies a £600 million refurbishment of Club World, which also includes refreshed trolley service featuring freshly prepared appetizers and desserts, along with updated table settings and dining presentation.
“We’re excited that customers traveling between the UK and Australia will soon be able to enjoy this bespoke bedding and have an even better sleep in the skies,” said Nicole Backo, regional general manager, South West Pacific, British Airways. She noted that the partnership with The White Company—an established British brand known for quality and style—reflects the airline’s investment in improving the Club World experience and has been positively received by customers.
The bedding supplied by The White Company comprises a double-sided pillow and matching pillowcase, a woven blanket with satin trim, a luxury duvet and a padded mattress cover. Complementing the bedding, the amenity kits feature items from The White Company’s Restore and Relax Spa Collection and include a soft jersey eye mask for added comfort during sleep.
These enhancements aim to improve rest and overall comfort on long-haul flights between the UK and Australia, aligning the cabin service and onboard products with modern expectations for business-class travel. Passengers traveling on the updated Club World service can expect a more cohesive sleep setup and upgraded dining presentation as part of the refreshed offering.
