Hotel Indigo Shepherd’s Bush London to Open in February 2025

Following a comprehensive renovation, the former K West Hotel will reopen next February as Hotel Indigo London K West Shepherd’s Bush. Once home to the BBC’s Kensington House recording studios, the building retains a proud musical legacy—artists such as David Bowie, Bob Marley and Jimi Hendrix recorded there—and the new hotel design honors that history throughout its public spaces and guest rooms.

The property will feature 231 thoughtfully designed guestrooms, including a selection of suites, alongside an open-kitchen restaurant, a neighborhood bar and an urban spa focused on wellness. The spa is positioned as a first-of-its-kind concept for the area, integrating holistic treatments and contemporary facilities to serve both guests and locals.

Situated close to cultural landmarks such as Bush Hall, Westfield London, O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire and the BBC Television Studios, Hotel Indigo London K West Shepherd’s Bush merges historical character with contemporary design. The hotel aims to reflect the creative energy of the neighborhood while offering modern comforts and thoughtful amenities.

Shepherd’s Bush, in west London, is a popular destination for shopping, entertainment and sport. The area is also known for Bush Theatre, Shepherd’s Bush Market, Holland Park and the lively Uxbridge Road, all of which contribute to its appeal for both visitors and residents.

Hotel Indigo’s presence in London will expand with this opening; the city already hosts five other Hotel Indigo properties: Hotel Indigo London – 1 Leicester Square, Hotel Indigo London – Tower Hill, Hotel Indigo London – Kensington, Hotel Indigo London – Paddington and Hotel Indigo London Clerkenwell.
