Green Bar at The Hotel Café Royal Launches Signature Cocktail

London’s five-star Hotel Café Royal has introduced a new signature cocktail range created in collaboration with Parfums Givenchy. Served in the hotel’s Green Bar, the collection pairs imaginative cocktails with the eight fragrances from the L’Atelier de Givenchy line, translating scent profiles into balanced, flavorful drinks.

The latest addition to the menu pays tribute to the Immortelle Tribal fragrance. Head mixologist Antonio Catapano crafted a rich, floral cocktail that layers aromatic extracts of rose, violet and jasmine over a base of Cognac, whiskey and fig liqueur, producing a fragrant yet rounded drink.

Other cocktails in the collection are each inspired by a different scent and highlight complementary ingredients and techniques. Chypre Caresse blends gin with jasmine, lemon and a hint of honey for a bright, floral-citrus balance. Ylang Austral pairs rum with sour apple sherbet, orange Curaçao and mandarin oil to create a juicy, tropical profile. Néroli Originel centers on Cognac lifted by vanilla, lemon and bitter orange to emphasize orange blossom and woody undertones.

The Cur Blanc introduces a distinctive woody character through the use of Siberian pine needles, while Bois Martial offers a Caribbean twist with Jamaican rum, pineapple and sage. Ambre Tigré combines rye, American vodka, Dutch honey whisky and English amber beer to deliver a spiced, malted warmth. Rounding out the collection, Oud Flamboyant mixes Japanese whisky with mandarin juice for a refined, citrus-tinged finish.

The cocktail menu is available through Sept. 10, with each drink priced at approximately $20. For non-drinkers, four carefully conceived mocktails mirror the flavors and structure of the alcoholic creations, providing equally thoughtful alcohol-free options.

Hotel Café Royal has been a London landmark since it opened in 1865, hosting guests from royalty to rock stars. The property features 160 rooms and suites, multiple bars and restaurants, and dedicated meeting and event spaces, continuing a long tradition of hospitality in the city.
