Avani+ Riverside Bangkok Hotel now offers a refined, alcohol-free beverage menu at its rooftop bar, SIN, welcoming sober and sober-curious guests to enjoy elevated non-alcoholic cocktails.
Called Sober Sips, the new menu recreates the rooftop’s signature cocktails in thoughtfully crafted non-alcoholic versions. Head mixologist Brian Gonzalez Fernandez developed the selection to preserve the indulgent, playful vibe of SIN while removing alcohol.

“What began as Dry January has evolved into a lasting lifestyle choice across generations, with many millennials and Gen Z opting out of alcohol while still seeking social connection,” said Brian Gonzalez Fernandez, head mixologist at Avani+ Riverside Bangkok. “With Sober Sips, I wanted to give all guests the same sense of celebration and belonging—without the alcohol.”
The menu emphasizes fresh, healthful ingredients and premium non-alcoholic spirits. SIN also offers dealcoholized wine options, including French Bloom’s sparkling Le Blanc. Signature mocktails include Forbidden Nectar, which blends sober whiskey with miso, caramel yogurt and carrot, and The Temptress, featuring sober gin, sober amaretto, raspberry, lemon, matcha and foam.
SIN welcomes guests Wednesday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. Reservations are recommended to secure a table and ensure prompt service.
