This month marks the City of Miami Beach’s 100th anniversary. To celebrate this milestone, Fontainebleau Miami Beach is offering special experiences throughout March. As part of the centennial festivities, the hotel presents two $100 options: a fixed-price dinner for two at the on-site Michael Mina 74, or a signature cocktail at the iconic Bleau Bar crafted with some of the world’s finest spirits.
The lavish American Riviera cocktail is priced at $100 and features Grand Marnier 100 Year, Jack Daniel’s Sinatra Select, Agostura and Peychaud’s bitters, finished with Champagne.
Michael Mina 74’s Chef de Cuisine Thomas Griese—recently recognized on Zagat’s “30 Under 30”—has prepared a special $100 menu for two (tax and gratuity not included). The menu is designed for sharing and highlights fresh ingredients and refined flavors.
