Norwegian has expanded its corporate frequent-flyer benefits, giving businesses more ways to earn rewards on every flight. For the first time, long-haul routes are included, making travel to major international business hubs such as New York, Los Angeles and Boston easier and more rewarding for corporate travelers.
The airline has increased the rate of CashPoints available through its two corporate programs. Under the Corporate Bonus scheme, companies now earn 12 percent CashPoints on tickets purchased by the company, its employees or via a travel agency. The Direct Discount scheme has also been enhanced to offer an 8 percent immediate discount on every ticket booked by a company. These changes provide companies with clearer, more valuable incentives to consolidate travel with Norwegian.
“No other airline can offer a compelling low-cost business travel proposition like Norwegian. Our business customers can enjoy brand-new aircraft equipped with free WiFi on all European flights and we fly direct to the world’s top business destinations including London, New York and Berlin at affordable fares,” said Lars Sande, senior vice president of sales and distribution, Norwegian. “With this in mind, we are making business travel even more accessible by increasing the number of rewards companies can earn. By also allowing businesses to earn rewards from flying long haul to cities like Boston from May 2016, companies can benefit from their loyalty and remain productive while flying high with us.”
