Etihad Introduces New Buy-On-Board Menu and Snack Options

Etihad Airways has introduced a new buy-on-board menu for select routes that complements its existing complimentary inflight service and hospitality.

The new offerings include specialty items such as cold-brew coffee from Coffee Planet and glasses of Piper-Heidsieck Cuvée Brut NV Champagne, available for purchase in economy class on certain long-haul flights.

On extra long-haul flights—excluding services to the United States—passengers in all cabins can purchase premium travel products, including Christian Lacroix amenity kits for men and women filled with Omorovicza skincare items for $22, or Christian Lacroix-branded sleepwear for $35.

From this month, Etihad will also offer snack boxes with a curated selection of sweet and savory items on all ultra long-haul flights, again excluding routes to the United States.

The airline says it will monitor guest satisfaction closely and aims to broaden the range of purchasable items over time based on feedback and demand.
