ANA invites travelers to explore Japan’s lesser-known treasures through its Japan Quality Project. Designed to introduce visitors to unique, off-the-beaten-path attractions and cultural experiences, the program highlights local specialties across ANA’s international network, using in-flight programming and social media to showcase each destination.
The initial spotlight is on Kumamoto Prefecture, located in the center of Kyushu, Japan’s southernmost main island. From September through November, ANA will feature a range of products and services inspired by Kumamoto, giving passengers a taste of the region’s character and hospitality.
During the promotion, travelers can expect Kumamoto-themed offerings across multiple touchpoints: specially curated in-flight meals and beverages, regionally inspired items in the onboard shopping catalog, dedicated in-flight entertainment content, and enhanced pre-flight lounge services at Haneda (HND), Narita (NRT) and Kansai (KIX) airports.
By integrating local flavors, stories and products into the travel experience, ANA aims to deepen passengers’ connection to Japan’s diverse regions and encourage exploration beyond major tourist centers. The Japan Quality Project is presented as an ongoing effort to rotate featured prefectures and continuously introduce new regional highlights to the airline’s global customer base.
