The A-One experience is personalized from booking through check-out. On arrival, a representative greets guests, assists with luggage, provides a tour and addresses any immediate needs. A dedicated concierge is available throughout the stay to make restaurant reservations, arrange activities and private tours, coordinate transportation and fulfill other requests. The team also recommends hidden local gems to craft unique, memorable itineraries. Each property includes an iPad that lets guests request items, order food and drink, browse curated restaurant and activity suggestions, plan services and shop the home’s offerings.
A-One homes showcase curated art and designer furniture. The collective art within properties reflects an investment of approximately $500,000 drawn from A-One ownership’s private collection and selections curated in partnership with contemporary gallery Gallery Brandstrup. Local Norwegian and international artists are featured throughout, creating a refined, gallery-like atmosphere in each residence.

Guests can choose from a range of properties across Oslo, each designed to take advantage of natural light, scenic views and calming interiors. Homes emphasize healthy nutrition, movement and restorative sleep, reflecting A-One’s commitment to the WELL philosophy—an approach that supports physical, mental and social wellbeing. Properties also prioritize privacy, offering discreet and secure access to apartments and homes.
The WELL approach appears in thoughtful design details: color palettes and lighting are selected to support mood and circadian rhythms, and air quality is enhanced with Dyson air purifiers that reduce dust, allergens, gases and odors. Each home features an aroma diffuser with 100 percent natural oils, ultra-comfort beds dressed in Rivolta Carmignani linens, wake-up lights that simulate sunrise and plush bathrobes from Rivolta Carmignani. Guests are invited to join wellness activities, such as immersive yoga sessions available through Rflex in select residences.

Sommerro Garden is a one-bedroom property with a private garden located in the residential section of Sommerro, Oslo’s new hotel development. Sommerro Elegance offers a two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout with a private balcony and an open-plan living area.
