Opened in 2015, the modern 24-story hotel offers 208 well-appointed guestrooms and suites, a rooftop infinity pool, three food and beverage outlets including a rooftop bar, a 24-hour fitness center, an executive lounge, flexible function rooms with modern audiovisual equipment, and complimentary two-level underground parking.

Designed to suit Malaysia’s consistently hot and humid climate while supporting high occupancy levels, the building features a double-layered façade. The outer layer acts as a sun-shading screen constructed from durable, recyclable aluminum. The podium sections use hollow panels and the tower is wrapped in expanded mesh, reducing solar gain and improving comfort for guests throughout the day.
