Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead has completed a major renovation that refreshes the entire property, including all 127 guestrooms and suites, the signature restaurant, lounge and the spa. The redesign was led by award-winning BHDM Design and reflects a cohesive, locally inspired vision.

The new design draws on Atlanta influences and a “City Within a Forest” concept, combining rich wood finishes, warm tones and abundant greenery. All guestrooms and suites were updated, including 25 signature suites and the grand presidential suite. Two new Astoria suites offer more than 1,000 square feet with dual terraces and kitchenettes. The presidential suite spans 2,340 square feet and features a fireside lounge, bespoke furnishings, curated artwork, high-end kitchen appliances, a deep soaking tub in the master bathroom and two private terraces with views across Buckhead.
Dining has been reimagined with the introduction of Brassica, the hotel’s signature restaurant, which serves French-inspired cuisine with a local twist. The refreshed Peacock Alley lounge highlights classic cocktails in a refined setting, while the Solarium is designed for intimate private dining experiences.

The 15,000-square-foot Waldorf Astoria Spa has been fully updated with 13 renovated treatment rooms, a modern fitness center and refreshed pool areas, including a 60-foot saline lap pool. The spa program emphasizes restorative treatments and elevated amenities to complement the property’s tranquil design language.
Meeting and event facilities are also set to be refreshed. Beginning in Q4 2023, the hotel’s 12 meeting rooms will receive a décor update and the ballroom will undergo a complete renovation to better serve corporate and social events with contemporary finishes and enhanced functionality.
Overall, the renovation unifies guest rooms, public spaces, dining areas and wellness facilities under a single design narrative that celebrates Atlanta’s character and creates a warm, elegant retreat in the heart of Buckhead.
